One wallet and one bill for every client
Every server and hosting account draws from one balance. Instead of chasing dozens of invoices from dozens of places, you top up one number, and each service’s usage is itemized under “Transactions”.
If you look after your clients’ sites, your problem isn’t the price of a server. It’s that your infrastructure is spread across six providers, and every time something goes down you first have to work out where it lives. Mehran Host’s agency hosting in Iran puts every server, hosting account, domain and CDN under one account, one wallet and one bill.
Every site has its own renewal date, and the one that slips through means a client’s site goes down and your phone starts ringing. With hourly billing there are no renewal dates, just one wallet balance that every service draws from, hour by hour.
When every client’s hosting lives somewhere different, you become the password vault. Here, you manage every client’s hosting from your own Mehran Host panel, behind a single login: one account to secure instead of a drawer full of passwords.
When everything is recorded on one auditable hourly bill, you can see exactly what each server and each service cost, so you can price your work properly instead of guessing.
None of this needs a contract, a request or a special plan. It all comes with a regular account.
Every server and hosting account draws from one balance. Instead of chasing dozens of invoices from dozens of places, you top up one number, and each service’s usage is itemized under “Transactions”.
Files, databases, email accounts, SSL certificates, cron jobs and backups for each client’s cPanel or DirectAdmin hosting are managed right from your Mehran Host panel. No separate logins to keep track of, and no asking clients for passwords.
Keep your clients’ DNS zones under the same account. Records publish instantly on PowerDNS, and failover and GeoDNS come at no extra cost. The default limit is 10 zones, and we raise it for agency partners.
Turn on the CDN for any A record: static files are cached on edge nodes, an SSL certificate is issued automatically, and the client’s server IP stays out of public view.
For the amounts you bill your clients, we issue official invoices, without a long back-and-forth with a finance department.
If a server’s IP gets blocked, our monitoring flags it and, after a review, a replacement IP is provided. You hear about it from us, not from an angry client.
For smaller client sites, WordPress hosting is enough; for heavier projects, a Linux VPS in Iran with full root access.
This isn’t an automated product yet, and we’ll be straight with you: volume pricing, a multi-project management panel, white-label branding, reseller accounts and sales commission don’t exist as ready-made features in the panel today. We agree terms with each agency individually, and these requests decide what we automate first.
