Reserved capacity beyond the self-service limits
Resources beyond the automated builder’s limits are reserved on a specific node and agreed in advance, so you don’t find out there is no capacity at the very moment you need to grow.
If you spend tens of millions of Toman a month on infrastructure, a simple order form and a general support queue no longer cut it. On enterprise cloud infrastructure in Iran from Mehran Host, large customers get capacity reserved in advance, negotiated rates fixed in the contract, a named engineer and official invoices. And it doesn’t start with an order form. It starts with an architecture review.
For enterprise customers, the price is agreed and locked onto your servers as “fixed”. Changes to the site’s public price list don’t affect it, and anything that changes does so only by mutual agreement. This is how the billing system itself behaves, not a promise.
Our IP watchdog checks your servers’ IP addresses automatically and continuously. If your IP becomes unreachable, the technical team is alerted and, after review, you are given a replacement IP.
Every deduction is recorded in Transactions with its date and amount. There are no hidden fees, and every figure you pay can be traced and matched against actual usage.
At this scale, an inflated feature list hurts both sides: you find out after signing, and we lose a customer. So we spell out plainly what is live and what isn’t.
Resources beyond the automated builder’s limits are reserved on a specific node and agreed in advance, so you don’t find out there is no capacity at the very moment you need to grow.
Our own content delivery network with edge caching, automatic SSL, a hidden origin IP, hotlink protection and cache purging, switched on per A record.
Built on PowerDNS with instant publishing: health checks that automatically take a failed target out of rotation, and geographic answers based on each visitor’s location.
Our IP watchdog continuously checks the status of your servers’ IP addresses; if one is blocked, a replacement IP is provided after review.
Negotiated rates are locked onto your servers, and general price changes on the site don’t affect them. This is how the billing system itself works.
24-hour ticket support with priority for enterprise customers, plus a named engineer and a direct line of contact at higher tiers.
Today we only offer virtual machines on KVM. If your workload needs a dedicated physical server, we’ll look at what can be provided, and on what timeline, during the review.
Private layer-2 connectivity between your servers isn’t available as a panel feature yet. For multi-server architectures, we’ll put today’s alternatives on the table.
Announcing a customer’s own ASN and IP ranges from our infrastructure is not a current service. If it is a requirement for you, say so up front so we don’t waste your time.
What we have today is GeoDNS, not Anycast: the nearest destination is chosen at the DNS layer, not by announcing one IP from several locations. For most web workloads the practical difference is small; for some it isn’t, and that is exactly what we should work out together.
Hiding your origin IP behind the CDN works today and neutralizes a large share of direct attacks. Dedicated scrubbing of high-volume attack traffic is a separate service and has to be assessed for your case.
A guaranteed service level and fully managed infrastructure aren’t offered as an off-the-shelf plan on the site; for enterprise customers, they are negotiated and defined in the contract.
Not showy discounts, but certainty about capacity, fast responses and financial transparency.
The site’s automated builder is tuned for typical orders. For bigger resources, more disk or several servers at once, we coordinate capacity with you in advance and reserve it on the right node.
Tickets from higher-tier customers are reviewed ahead of the general queue, and at the top tiers you get a named engineer and a direct line of contact.
For your finance team: official invoices and the option of a written contract, without endless back-and-forth.
Moving your existing services, initial server setup and architecture advice are free for large customers.
Instead of one-off discounts, every large wallet top-up earns a fixed, published amount of bonus credit, added to your balance immediately.
Free DNS management for your domains with failover and GeoDNS, a web console for every server, and full control from the customer panel.
Your tier is based on your total wallet top-ups over the last 12 months and upgrades automatically. No request, no negotiation.
Your customer tier is shown live on the dashboard of your customer panel.
We don’t tinker with our servers’ hourly rates. Instead, every time you top up your wallet in one go, you get a set percentage back as bonus credit, added to your balance as soon as the payment succeeds. Prices stay transparent, and your saving is real.
| Top-up (from) | Bonus | Extra credit |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000,000 Toman | 2% | +200,000 |
| 30,000,000 Toman | 4% | +1,200,000 |

| 300,000,000 Toman | 9% | +27,000,000 |
Customers in higher loyalty tiers get a bigger bonus percentage.

This form isn’t a purchase order. It goes straight to the technical team, and the outcome is a meeting: we review your current load and expected growth, pinpoint the failure points, and give you an architecture proposal and a cost estimate, whether or not you end up working with us. First reply the same business day.
